its a 2'..

well..it started 4 mths ago..me n gf dearest decided to take yet another module together..the decision GEK2020..took me forever to persuade her..but i guess its a gd choice..

here comes along JS n ken..n we decided to go a film tog instead of a boring essay..

i decided to S/U the module since i had extra S/U..
i felt totally wrong abt the test..n so i thot..luckily i S/U the mod..

ken came up with the original idea..n we had to find props, settings actors etc etc..
and after 3 days of filming..HOURS of editting..thousands of songs selection..
2' (reads: 2 feet) was borned..
the film premier was kinda disappointing..
n i was worried..i thot..darn..i'm not going to graduate bcoz of this darn module..(and of coz the tupid history module)..

den...

test reads: B+

film reads:
Dear All from '2'',
Your grade and comments are as follows:
Grade B+/A-
The film is nicely nuanced and carefully constructed in terms of costumes and props. I appreciated the use of matching shoes to indicate a new coupling, and the choice of ankle bands to differentiate and identify characters. The body language as exhibited by the calves and feet are good in portraying the different stages of the relationship from initial courtship, to a more sexual relationship. I do feel in some ways that the film went on for too long and while I appreciated the use of various pop songs to suggest the particular stage of the romantic relationship, I thought perhaps 3-4 songs would have been enough. I did feel too that the film had one thing to say and kept repeating that, so although I was entertained and amused, I started to hope something else would happen in the narrative.
I am however, very impressed with the ending where the shoes ‘see’ one another from under the banner while the wearers remain more or less obscured from one another. It is a good shot and an excellent moment, worth commending.

Sincerely, Adeline
