its a graduation trip..

Day 0..5th May 07
had malaria pills and repacked our luggage..malaria pills r some crazy lil pills..i din slp..kina excited n scared..worried tt we miss our flight as well..
thankiew kenjie for giving us a lift..once again from west to east..
there we go.. on TR128

Day1 to Day 5 Chiang Mai -- Daret's Guest House/ Lahu VIllage/Jungle Camp
touched down at chiang mai intl airport..it was raining..but the place is cool and laid back..stayed at daret's guest house..went for a 3D2N trek to Lahu village..was hell of a trek..met the loveliest gal of my life..met 2 british 2 irish 2 kiwis 2 french 1 hot bod irsali and a beer CRAZY thai guide..
this bunch of ppl r hell of a company.. watch Muay Thai..was expecting blood..but din see ani..HAHA..left for Tak to get to Mae Sot by Bus

Day 5 to Day 8 Mae Sot/ Umphang -- Joe's place/Kame Guesthouse/Umphang Hill Resort
met up with PA9 n kinda feel unwelcome..wanted to visit KED..but din wanna be a bugger..kinda disappointed..i really wanna help..we went to umphang to see the region's greatest waterfall..way too costly n nt as magnificant as i thot it wld be..the ride there was crazy..ppl puking along the way..dipped in some hot spring as well!..saw a refugee camp along the way tOo..tt was amazing..i wld like to stay there some day..
we rented a motor to go ard..was fun to explore the place..but i have enuff of walking n climbing!!!! took a bus to bangkok

Day 8 to Day 11 Bangkok/Trat (Ko Chang) - Nature Beach Resort
ate from bad stall at Mae Sot..both of us had tummy upset at Bangkok..u were sweet enuff to find food for the journey..took a bus to Trat to get a ferry to Ko Chang..Ko Chang is BEAUTIFUL..the endless stretch of sea and beach..learnt to have confidence n float on the water..did suntanning..saw naked women..nuttin much here..but the sun the sand the sea..food n sweet..took a bus to Koh Kong Cambodia

Day 11 to Day 12 Koh Kong - Don't even know the name GUesthouse
Arrived at Koh Kong border..so many ppl waiting to rip ur money..we got cheated..or rather ripped off our money..>.< n the room we had was terrible..the place protrayed a very bleak picture of cambodia..

Day 12 to Day 14 Sikhanoville - Green Greeko Guesthouse (AC)
after being ripped off..we decided not to give a chance..we actually walked from the pier to the guest house area abt 3km with our backpacks..the motorbike taxi drivers din believe us..but we had to show them wad scouts n guides r made of..but actually..we nearly died..my sandals spoilt AGAIN..but the aircon room was all worth it..was a DVD junkie fer days..haha..totally spoilt with room service..went on a island hopping trip not knowing tt its a snorkelling trip..n the mask n snorkel was lousy tt made me scared n struggle in the water..i wasnt a gd swimmer to start with..=p but the island was AMAZING..the water was clear up till my shoulder..i din venture further tho..i'm a bad swimmer i have to say..i got totally COOKED tt day..i din expect to get tan mahx..met canadians, austrians and some bimbos..left Sikhanoville for Phnon Penh by bus

Day 14 to Day 16 Phnon Penh - Royal Guest House (AC)
the place we HOT..n as usual..we din pay for our taxi n walked to our guest house..=-p i think its veri hard to earn money from us..haha..the places in Cambodia aint as magnificant as those in Thailand..n the weather is freaking hot..left for Siem Reap by bus.

DAy 16 to Day 20 Siem Reap - Royal Guest House (AC)
cheated a Taxi driver..n got a cheap nice place..felt bad abt it..but there was no way to contact the taxi driver..went to ang kor..IT IS HUGE..n hot..not forgetting the kids..n the lil' girl who cried..hiakx..USD$1 meant so much to them..i wished i could help more..went to some schools n visited the sch tt PA8 built..the kids there r so lovable..took a bus to Bangkok

Day 20 to Day 23 Bangkok - Bed and Breakfast Inn(AC)
the journey via poipet was CRAZY..actually on all the road trips..i dont feel gd..i get motion sick easily..shop like crazy at bangkok..n finally got to eat the mango sticky rice again..love it..jap food is SO cheap..but we r on a budget..arghx..i was shopping alone at MBK..Bomb blast at Hat Yai..had to change plans..so booked a flight back from Krabi..left for Koh Phangan

Day 23 to Day 29 Surat Thani/Koh Phangan - Mellow Beach Resort
took a night train from bkk to Surat Thani..got ripped off again..but the ride was amazing..Koh Phangan is an amazing island..Pool party..Full Moon Party..the homemade ice-cream..the snorkelling off Koh Ma..omg..juz amazing..got totally wasted..hiakx..met a San Fansico, 3 Canadians 3 British 2 Irish 1 Norwigian..forgot abt our passport until we reach the pier to get to Krabi..

Day 29 to Day 30 Krabi - Ban Chao Fa Guest HOuse
This town is quiet n small..n those guest house is a black shop manx..no comments..juz a nite before we take a boat to Ao Railay

Day 30 to Day 33 Ao Railay - Yaya Resort
finally reached Krabi, Railay...the scenry is beautiful..the limestone cliffs r breathtaking..the beach at the West was so cool..did kayaking..rock climbing..ate BBQ..sun tanning..i'm in love with climbing..haha..thankiew fer introduction it to me ^.^ met Irish, Americans, Brazilians and of coz since Thai Climbing guide..

Day 33 Singapore
Left Krabi Intl Airport on TR189..the plane sounded werid..but glad to be back in Singapore..i wun be back if my bank account aint giving me last call..=x..

this trip was hell of an experience..i wanna climb skate..learn salsa..save money for my next trip..there r so many places i wanna go again..i wanna go Thailand again for sure..wanna go Brazil..wanna go Laos..wanna go New Zealand..i still wanna go Europe..oh manx..i wanna tour the world in 80 days!!!
this is really my trip in summary..less personal more narrative..i'll keep the personal stuff in my lil red paged journal..
